SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) - Detroit Tigers ace Justin Verlander is on a roll this offseason.
First, the 2011 AL MVP and Cy Young Award winner became a spokesman for the new MLB 2K12 video game. And now, he has his own cereal.
Boxes of 'Fastball Flakes,' a frosted corn flake cereal, are on sale now at local Meijer stores and online. Proceeds will benefit Veterans Affairs health systems in Detroit and Ann Arbor.
There's also a Fastball Flakes t-shirt we found online at www.plbsports.com/justin .
