Video: Funnel Clouds Spotted Sunday by Viewers

(myFOXDetroit.com Staff Reports) - FOX 2 viewers have been uploading hundreds of photos and videos from Sunday afternoon's severe weather that triggered several tornado warnings.

Click the video player on the left to watch footage taken by FOX 2 viewer Patty, who says a funnel cloud formed over her house in the Eagle Estates subdivision Sunday afternoon. The second video is from FOX 2 viewer Kim Kelley. She took video of a funnel cloud forming near the Whispering Willows subdivision in New Boston around 3 p.m.

Major storm cells had moved on eastward over Ontario, but a severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect for southeast Michigan through 7 p.m. Sunday evening.
