(EndPlay Staff Reports) - If you were a fan of "Choose Your Own Adventure" books as a kid, you'll likely love this: The gang from FOX's hit show "The New Girl" are ready to let you choose the action of the house party in their interactive music video maker.
Users can click over to the "The New Girl" website to create their own music video to the show's theme song.
The music video has a simple plot: Jessica, Nick, Schmitt, Winston and Cece have a house party and you're invited. You can choose to make Zooey Deschanel dance broadway-style or in a jazz ensemble; force Winston to do a chicken dance or Russian dance; command Schmitt to hula and more.
There are over 950 variations of the video, according to FOX.
"The New Girl" debuted this fall and has since garnered favorable reviews. The show was created by Elizabeth Meriwether and stars Deschanel as Jessica Dayly, a quirky-yet-adorable 20-something who finds herself with three male roommates – Nick Miller (Jake Johnson), Schmidt (Max Greenfield) and Winston Bishop (Lamorne Morris) – after she's left on her own after a bad breakup. She and the guys have all sorts of adventures, usually hinging on Jessica's offbeat personality and panache for finding herself in awkward situations.
The show airs on Tuesday at 9 p.m. on FOX.
