MINNEAPOLIS - A British man named Sy Haze has posted a YouTube video that alleges Delta Airlines sent his luggage to the wrong destination, twice, and when it finally arrived in Minneapolis, his clothes had been urinated on.

Haze says he was scheduled to fly from London Heathrow to Minneapolis-St. Paul on Saturday, June 17 for a weeklong trip to the United States. But at the check-in, he says he was mistakenly issued a boarding pass to Boston. After correcting the boarding pass issue, Haze learned his bag was already off to Boston, while he was rebooked on a flight to Minneapolis the next day.

While assured his bag would be waiting for him in Minneapolis, Haze arrived at the MSP Airport luggage counter on Father’s Day to find his bag had been sent back to London.

Haze’s customer service experience took a turn for the worse when he received his bag on Tuesday, June 21 to find his clothes soaked in urine, a bottle of aftershave missing and a ruptured bottle of toothpaste in his Dopp kit.

Haze updated his YouTube post to say he has been contacted by Delta and is waiting for them to make an offer.

Haze’s video, titled “Thanks Delta Airlines for using my baggage as a toilet!” is the second YouTube public relations nightmare for the airline this month. A unit of soldiers returning from Afghanistan posted a video earlier this month , complaining they were charged $200 each in extra baggage fees -- more than $2,800 altogether – for bags that held weapons.
