Lessons to learn:
1. Understand the importance of social media, how it can help you get a job in almost any field or how you can actually get a job working in the growing field of social media.
2. Do research on the company you want to work for; demonstrate that you did your homework by asking educated questions during the interview, discussing what you know about the companies philosophy and by making specific points on your resume/cover letter on how you can help the company with your skills. Example: In the video report, Gary speaks to how one candidate rode her bike 90 miles one-way for an interview, a clear way to show how she understood Moosjeaw's rugged outdoor philosophy.
