Brouillade de truffles noir "TRUFFLED SCRAMBLED EGGS" RECIPE
Ingredients for 4:
3 1/2 cups Heavy cream
12 Eggs
.71 oz Black truffle
1/2 tsp White truffle oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Procedure:
Put the heavy cream in a saucepan & bring it to a boil. Break the eggs one by one and whip them until you achieve a creamy texture. Add the white truffle oil at the end, plate the eggs in a flat bowl and grate the black truffle on top .
