Window Wizard Customers Upset & Angry

Fox 29’s investigative reporter Jeff Cole broke the story yesterday....the Levittown-based Window Wizards has closed it’s doors.

Tonight, customers are trying to find out what’s happened to their money and their windows!

Jeff has heard from dozens of Window Wizard’s customers who claim they’ve given the company thousands of dollars in deposits for windows and doors. Now, they’re fearful their money is gone.

Window Wizards of Levittown, Bucks County, locked their doors yesterday. The company, known for relentless marketing, and it’s doors chained and signs covered.

A Bucks County consumer official says his office is being flooded with inquiries from customers.

Late Friday afternoon, Window Wizards released the following statement:

Windowizards has suspended operations due to an unanticipated interruption of deliveries of windows for customer installation. We deeply apologize for the uncertainty and angst that this situation has caused our loyal customers and dedicated employee and installer family. Be assured that we are working day and night to resolve the issues and resume normal installations as quickly as possible. We intend to continue our half century of serving thousands of customers in the Delaware Valley. We thank everyone for their patience, support and understanding in this difficult time.
