Drew Peterson said police owe him an apology after a woman who was missing in Washington State for 18 years has turned up alive and well.

The woman has nothing to do with Peterson, but he said her case serves as an example of how a wife and mother could just run away.

Peterson said his missing fourth wife, Stacy, also ran away, and he wants Illinois State Police to apologize for saying they believe she's dead.

Peterson is in jail awaiting trial for the murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio.
