A valley mother is under arrest, accused of holding her two children at knife point -- and it allegedly happened on Christmas day.
Jutrina Tillman’s 13-year-old daughter called police on Christmas night to report she thought her mother was going to kill her and her 5-year-old brother. Jutrina Tillman is accused off pressing an 8-inch butcher knife against her son's chest and aiming it at her daughter.
32-year-old Tillman went before a judge Tuesday. Court paperwork says Tillman was under the influence of alcohol when she got mad at her 5-year-old son for playing video games. That’s when Tillman allegedly tried to strangle the little boy.
Her 13-year-old daughter shoved Tillman away from her brother -- that's when Tillman allegedly grabbed an 8-inch butcher knife, aimed it at her daughter and pressed the blade into her son's chest.
Tuesday, a judge set her bond at $108,000. Tillman argued about it with the judge.
“No one was hurt… all of these charges, they are not true. They are not true and they didn't happen. My daughter is very manipulative,” she said.
Tillman goes on to tell the judge that her daughter got caught having sex, and out of spite called the police on her mother. Court paperwork reveals an open child abuse case involving Tillman and her 13-year-old daughter.
Tillman is being held on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, child abuse, and threatening and intimidating.
The 5-year-old had visible marks on his neck, but will be ok.
