"Scary..it's very scary..he lives right around the corner from me."
Tracy Pease recently found out about her neighbor, naturopathic doctor Lewis Don Underwood.
He's accused of molesting the 9-year-old son of a former employee.
Underwood worked at East-West Integrative Health in Anthem, but the boy was not a patient.
"It makes you really rethink the choices you make with your children and make sure that you're doing the right thing," said Pease.
According to court paperwork, Underwood used to be neighbors with the former employee and he befriended them. Underwood started working with the boy because he had Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
In November, Underwood dropped the boy off at his mother's house, having watched teh boy while the mother was out of state for a funeral.
It's then when the boy told his mother the doctor played a "tickling game" with him late at night in bed when they were completely naked.
At first, the boy would not talk to investigators about Underwood because he said he would go to jail.
Eventually, after Underwood was arrested, he was overheard telling someone on the phone to destroy something. It turns out he told a friend to destroy some innocent photos he had taken of the boy when he was swimming last summer.
"It's scary..you think you're in a safe neighborhood, but you just wonder," said Pease.
