A 50-year-old Tucson man has been killed in a road-rage fight that turned deadly.
Tucson police say they got a 911 call Monday afternoon about a shooting in the parking lot of a Jack in the Box fast-food restaurant.
When police arrived, they found 50-year-old Benny Alvarez Casarez Jr. bleeding from at least one gunshot wound.
He died a short time later.
Detectives investigating the shooting say it began as a road-rage fight between Casarez and another man along a busy Tucson street.
Police say that Casarez pulled into the Jack in the Box parking lot, and that the other man fired several shots at Casarez, hitting him at least once before fleeing.
Tucson police describe the suspect as a white or Hispanic male, 20 to 30 years old with black hair. He has an average build and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt. The suspect's car is a late model gold or brown Toyota Tundra extended cab pickup truck.
Tucson police are now looking for the shooter and ask anyone with information to call 88-CRIME.
