Made in Michigan: 'Live Simply' Trail Mix

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -

A local natural food company is expanding its product line to include trail mixes for on-the-go snacking.

Simply Suzanne's new Live Simply line will initially feature two varieties: Cranberry Pepita and Dark Chocolate Trail Mix and Apple Rosemary Pecan Trail Mix. Both will retail at $1.99-$2.59 for Single Serving "Pocket Packs" or $4.99-$6.99 for 8 oz packs. Pepita are unshelled pumpkin seeds and are a great source of protein, iron and zinc.

The all-natural, handcrafted granola company was started by Detroit resident Suzanne Vier in 2009
