DETROIT (WJBK) -

Several paramedics held up signs as they rallied Wednesday at the Spirit of Detroit, including one sign that read, "No EMS means no safety."

We've been bringing you the stories for the last few years.  Detroit EMS is in critical condition.  Paramedics say the people in the city are not safe.
