Ask Dr. Oz season 3: post op #35

Posted: Updated:
CHICAGO (FOX 32 News) -

Audience member Camisha asks Dr. Oz how she can cheat on her sweet tooth.

Dr. Oz states that the foods to cheat with are the ones you love, and that the key to doing so is by limiting how much you eat of it.

Dr. Oz talks about how he indulges his sweet tooth by taking a few spoonfuls of what he loves. Dr. Oz then drinks a glass of water which cleanses his palate, and in-turn the taste is now gone, and he got to enjoy what he craved.

Dr. Oz continues on to say that the second or third bite of what you eat is never as good as the first bite, and that the first bite is the best that wakes everything up!
