Position Summary Percepta is currently looking for French Bilingual Customer Service Representatives at our Dearborn, MI location. This team works to provide US & Canadian customers as well as automotive dealers with prompt and efficient customer support in a professional manner, including answering incoming calls, meeting defined metrics and documenting details of the service they provide.
Accurately respond to customer's inquiries Provide on-line support for applications Utilize available resources to Determines the appropriate route for escalating complex issues based on the type of expertise required. Follows up with the customer if required, to ensure the resolution of the problem. Employs customer satisfaction tools according to guidelines. Provides recommendations to Supervisor regarding the resolution of recurring problems. Assists in formulation of problem solving techniques for newly discovered issues. Maintain exceptional product knowledge. Remains knowledgeable of product and service offerings, current industry products and technologies.
Minimum high school diploma required.
3 -5 years prior use of verbal/written communication in previous employment 3 - 5 years Problem Resolution in customer contact environment 3 - years customer service experience with decision making authority Experience with dealer operations and handling escalated customer issues an asset Experience in automotive industry preferred Strong problem solving, troubleshooting experience. Skills Strong French bilingual skills (verbal and written) Solid typing skills and experience using Microsoft software such as Windows, Office, etc Ability to type and speak at the same time Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to document troubleshooting reference materials. Strong Customer Service and conflict resolution skills with commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Enjoys problem solving challenges from start to finish. Ability to advise and educate customers in a way they can understand. Ability to build relationships with dealer and field management Ability to act on behalf of the company and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, tact and diplomacy. Ability to learn quickly and eagerness to learn new problem solving techniques Highly organized, detailed oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment. Ability to work with minimum supervision to multi-task, problem solve and to prioritize . Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals. Typing skills - accurately type minimum 30 words per minute
