Teenager critical, 3 others hurt in rollover crash on US 23

A 13-year-old girl was critically hurt when she was thrown from a vehicle involved in a rollover accident that shut down the northbound lanes of US-23 just south of White Lake Road for several hours.

Livingston County Sheriff's Deputies tell FOX 2 the accident involved a single vehicle driven by 53-year old Michael Leroy Wault of Burton.

The 13-year-old who is from Pinckney is in critical condition at Genesys Health System in Grand Blanc.

Deputies say a one-year-old child, a 23-year-old passenger and the driver all suffered non-life threatening injuries. Livingston County Sheriff Bob Bezotte tells whmi.com medication may have been a factor in the accident.
