Blackhawks release 2012-13 Pre-Season Schedule

BLACKHAWKS ANNOUNCE 2012 PRESEASON SCHEDULE 

 

The Chicago Blackhawks announced today the team's 2012 preseason schedule, which consists of six games against National Hockey League opponents and three tilts at the United Center.

The Blackhawks will open their preseason slate on Tuesday, Sept. 25 with a visit to Philadelphia's Wells Fargo Center, the site of Chicago's 2010 Stanley Cup championship, to take on the Flyers. The club will kick off their home preseason schedule on Friday, Sept. 28 when they host the Detroit Red Wings at the United Center at 7:30 p.m. CT.

Chicago will engage in home-and-home series with Philadelphia, Detroit and the Pittsburgh Penguins during the 2012 preseason, which concludes on Saturday, Oct. 6 at the United Center when the Blackhawks host the Flyers.

Ticket and broadcast information for the 2012 preseason will be announced at a later date.
