Ingredients:
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1 medium yellow tomato, seeded and diced
1½ cups seedless green grapes, quartered
½ cup diced red onion
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
½ cup crumbled Mexican Cotija cheese (or any other crumbly cheese, like feta)
1 fresh jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
2 tablespoons Essential Everyday™ Olive Oil
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice (you need one lime for this)
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
Directions:
1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; salt and pepper to taste. Toss to coat.
2. Serve with grilled chicken, pork or steak. Or serve with tortilla chips.
