'Saving the California Dream' series producer Heidi Cuda investigates California's Court Case Management System (CCMS), after California's Judicial Council pulled the plug on the two billion computer system—not before spending more than a half billion dollars of taxpayer money.
Los Angeles Superior Court judges Tia Fisher and Susan Lopez-Giss, who are directors of the Alliance of California Judges, give Cuda an exclusive interview on the CCMS project, which they say lacked accountability and transparency and also led to courthouse closures and layoffs.
