Polish Nachos
1 1/2 oz kettle chips
3 oz cheese sauce
3 oz cooked and crumbled Kielbasa
2 oz sauerkraut
1/2 diced green onions
Serve
City Chicken
1 lb. cubed veal
1 lb. cubed pork
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic crushed
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. water
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
3c. chicken stock
Combine first five ingredients, cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight. Next day put 4 to 5 pieces of meat alternating veal and pork on skewers. Combine egg and water and salt and pepper. Dip meat first in flour, then in egg and finally in crumbs. Using a heavy skillet and 1 inch of oil brown meat. Drain and place in a roasting pan add stock cover tightly with foil. Bake at 300 degrees about two hours.
