Small explosion causes evacuation of Henry Ford Medical Clinic

DETROIT -

A small explosion forces the evacuation of workers and patients from inside the Henry Ford medical clinic in the New Center One building in Downtown Detroit.

Fox 2 has learned a tank of liquid Nitrogen used in medical procedures exploded. No one was hurt, but several floors of the building were evacuated as a precaution.

Hazmat crews determined there was no danger and everyone was able to return a short time later. The cause of the explosion has not been released.
