Chartwells is a company that caters all the food for the campus community of Oakland University.
Chartwells Executive Chef John Miller is a member of the Michigan Culinary Olympic Team that will be competing in Erfurt, Germany in October.
Miller took a break from his training to stop by Fox 2 studios Wednesday morning. He shared a great deal of information about the team, including a fundraiser happening July 22, at Metro Beach. All proceeds will be put towards covering the freight cost of 4000 lbs.
