Comcast cable is looking to hire as many as 36 people for the position of Customer Technical Support.
This is a full-time call center postion working at the company's Ann Arbor location.
The Customer Technical Support Rep. provides customer service to current Comcast customers by helping them fully utilize their products, (cable, internet, phone). The position requires trouble shooting and technological problem solving with some light sales.
The position requires the ability to work evenings and weekends a GED or High School diploma is also necessary.
