Prime29's tilapia en papilatte

Get this recipe courtesy of Prime29 steakhouse in West Bloomfield.

Served with steamed rice, vegetables, green onions, light soy, with ginger infused hot oil

4 oz of mixed vegetables (any kind that you prefer)
7-8 oz Tilapia
2 slices of ginger
2 slices fresh lemon
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp of canola oil
1 pinch of salt
18 inches of parchment paper
2 oz of light soy sauce
2 slices of ginger
2 oz of julian green onion
1 oz of canola oil

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees. Fold your parchment paper in half and cut it into a half moon. Open it up to make a full circle and layer the first seven ingredients on top of the paper. Fold up all the edges snugly to cover the ingredients and form a bag. Cook for 10 min. In the meantime, heat up the oil with 2 slices of ginger to smoking hot in a sautee pan. Take bag out of the oven and place on plate. Wait 60 seconds. Carefully slice open the bag and remove the papillate. Place the green onion on the top of the fish, and carefully put the hot oil on the top of the green onion and serve with light soy sauce.
