RESPONSIBILITIES INDLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Our Customers Care is the number one responsibility:
-Deliver excellent phone skills and walk-in service to all our customers
-Assist all our customers in determining what size storage is best for their needs
-Rent storage units to attain budgeted revenue goals
-Holds a valid driver's license and is able to drive short distances daily
-Accurately managing cash and balancing of receipts daily
-Sell boxes, locks, and packing supplies to meet add on sales targets
-Offer insurance protection for our customer's peace of mind
-Resolving customer issues in a timely manner
-Manage the Accounts Receivable to meet company goals
-Perform light property maintenance to help keep the facility clean
-Be able to work other facilities when needed
-Meet company standards for cleanliness
-Assist in renting trucks at some locations

CHARACTERISTICS OF A SALES PROFESSIONAL:
-Candidates with 1-2 years of retail/sales experience
-Possesses excellent customer service and communication skills
-Able to work in a Microsoft computer environment
-Energetic & Passionate for success
