NANTUCKET, Mass. (WJBK) -

Jay and Mark Penske, the sons of Detroit businessman and racing mogul Roger Penske, were reportedly arrested by Nantucket police early Thursday morning after a bizarre incident at a yacht club.

According to a report in the Inquirer and Mirror, the brothers broke into the Nantucket Yacht Club after a woman accused Jay or urinating on her boots.

From the Inquirer and Mirror:

According to a police report, the incident was reported as an assault and battery when two women approached officers on Broad Street, claiming they had been assaulted by two men, later identified as the Penske brothers.

The report claims the Penske brothers were urinating in the parking lot, and that when she confronted Jay Penske, he "turned and continued to urinate on her boots. He then proceeded to grab her arm and push her. (The woman) also states that Mark before he ran away pushed her and they both then ran to the house on Yacht Club property" the report states.

The report goes on to say police arrested Jay, 33, while he was trying to run away. Mark, 35, was arrested inside the employee apartment but not before he reportedly fell down a flight of stairs and cut his arms.

The women declined to press assault charges, according to a police. The brothers were charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a misdemeanor. Both were released on personal recognizance.

They're expected in court on August 20.
