SANDUSKY, Ohio (WJBK) -
Cedar Point is about to announce its big new ride for 2013.
A photo leaked on the Ohio amusement park's web site Sunday suggested that Gatekeeper will occupy a spot near the front of the park where Disaster Transport and the Space Spiral stood.
Signs around the park last month advertised Disaster Transport's last ride on July 29. Since then, aerial photos have shown its demolition. The Space Spiral will remain open through Labor Day.
The picture has since been removed from the site.
The ride's official announcement is expected Monday afternoon. You can watch it live above beginning at 3:30 p.m.
