Biden plans campaign stop at Renaissance high school

DETROIT (WJBK) -

Vice President Joe Biden is planning to speak at a Detroit high school during two days of campaign events in Michigan and Minnesota.

President Barack Obama's campaign said Biden will speak Wednesday afternoon at the city's Renaissance High School.

Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the following campaign offices:

  • Saginaw & Pike Street, Pontiac
  • Van Dyke & 16 Mile Road, Sterling Heights
  • 2nd Ave. near Cass Ave., Detroit
  • Eisenhower Parkway at State Street, Ann Arbor

Biden addressed 2,500 delegates July 30 at the American Federation of Teachers national convention in Detroit.
