9th Annual Vine & Dine to benefit Gleaners Community Food Bank

The 9th annual Vine & Dine benefits Gleaners Community Food Bank and Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber.

It's from 6:00pm - 9:00pm, Saturday, August 25th at the Birmingham Bloomfield Art Center.

Tickets are $65.

Here is the RECIPE featured on FOX 2 News Morning from Zazio's.

Small ravioli filled with truffled Taleggio cheese Fonduta, sautéed forest mushrooms, asparagus, truffle cream and Parmesan cheese.

28 Agnolotti

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1/4 cup chopped Asparagus

1/4 cup sautéed mushrooms

1 1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 Parmesan cheese

2 tsp. truffle oil

rosemary salt to taste

Heat oil in saute pan.

Add asparagus and mushrooms.

When vegetables are softened add heavy cream.

Add Agnolotti.

Add cheese and stir.

Season and add Truffle oil.
