Join our growing company! Our business now warrants an additional Project Manager due to the increased volume of National Account customers.
The Project Manager will act as a liaison between customers and subcontractors to efficiently and accurately oversee the installation of our system or services. Develops working relationships with contractors.
Negotiates contracts and pricing with subcontractors to provide installation ensuring all compliance regulations are met and it is done in a timely manner. Trouble-shoots customer problems or concerns in an effort to provide on going superior customer service. Downloads and programs control panels in an efficient and expedient manner. Individual must collaborate and interface with numerous internal and external audiences within the company.
Demonstrated computer skills, proven customer service skills and previous leadership skills are required. This individual must function effectively in a fast paced, challenging environment while serving as a point of contact for customer service inquires.

Previous project management experience with the alarm industry preferred. Proven customer service skills. Computer skills necessary to communicate and facilitate customer and sub contractor understanding of project objectives as well as the status of the project.
