Oakland University officials, faculty reach tentative agreement

ROCHESTER, Mich. (WJBK) -
Administration and faculty at Oakland University have reached a proposed tentative agreement.
According to a post on the university's Web site, the agreement will extend for the next three years and provide across-the-board pay increases, merit pay adjustments, and benefit restructuring.
The union's Web site says the two sides reached a deal around 3:30 a.m. today. More details will be made public once the contract is presented to the AAUP Executive Committee.
