A stolen U-Haul truck packed with security equipment intended for Vice President Joe Biden's trip to Detroit has been recovered and police are asking for help tracking down a "person of interest."
FOX 2's Amy Lange snapped a photo of the truck being searched by police in the city's New Center Area on West Bethune around 11:30 a.m.

Late Monday afternoon Detroit police released several pictures of a man wanted for questioning in connection with the theft of the U-Haul truck. He's described as a black male, wearing a green shirt and dark colored shorts. Anyone with information is encourage to call the DPD's Commercial Auto Theft at telephone number: (313) 596-2555 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-CRIMESTOPPERS._
Agency spokesman Ed Donovan told FOX 2 the truck was stolen outside the Westin Book Cadillac hotel early Sunday. Donovan says the truck had no weapons inside.
Some equipment was recovered at an abandoned building on Dolphin St. on the city's northwest side earlier today.
