SURVICE Engineering is seeking to hire a Survivability Test and Evaluation Engineer/Systems Analyst. The position will provide survivability (vulnerability and lethality) engineering test and evaluation support for Department of Defense weapon systems. Experience and knowledge of force protection and system vulnerability Test and Evaluation (T&E) against conventional and asymmetric threats a must. Knowledge and experience with tracked automotive, performance, Reliability, Availability, Maintainability and Durability (RAM-D), and/or safety T&E, a plus. Applicant must demonstrate the ability to interface effectively and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop effective survivability design solutions while ensuring stakeholder buy-in. Applicant must possess a technical bachelor's degree and have applicable government contracting work experience providing support directly to clients to analyze, understand, and evaluate survivability or lethality performance requirements for military or commercial weapons systems. Must be able to act on direction with minimal guidance, communicate ideas orally and have excellent writing skills. Applicant will develop ballistic test plans, reports, and briefings for utilization by DoD leaders. A working knowledge of military combat vehicles, technology, and equipment is also desired. This position is located in Warren, Michigan at our Michigan Area Operation Branch. Ability to obtain a government security clearance is required. Experience/Skills Desired in the following areas:
