A familiar face to all of us here on FOX 2 News Morning has another accomplishment to add to his list. Al Allen is featured in this year's "Who's Who in Black Detroit." The book, which was released last night, calls Allen one of the "genuine voices of the community who tells a story without compromise and asks the questions that people in the community want answered."
Hiram Jackson, one of the book's publishers, says it's not only a reference tool for the business community, it is used by youth to identify and read the inspiring stories of African American role models.
