Prosecutors are finally ready to file charges in connection with the Detroit Princess shooting. Three people will be charged, including Latoiya Mitchell, who allegedly shot six people back in August.
Her husband, Michael Thomas, will also be charged along with Ladon Richard, who is accused of firing back and wounding Thomas.
We're told Mitchell and Richard are expected to surrender on Sunday.
Thomas was just recently arrested in Macomb County where he will be charged with possession of cocaine with intent to deliver. He is currently in the county jail.
Fox 2's Alexis Wiley talked to Richard and her attorney Friday night. Watch the video report to hear what they have to say about this development.
