General Summary:

Responsible for project management of complex accounts to ensure desired results, client satisfaction and account profitability.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Manages complex accounts and responsible for total project management: proposal, quality of service, and cost control.
2. Works with clients to determine, develop and accomplish strategies and objectives.
3. Consults with clients on project initiatives (design, prizing, incentive, display, etc.).
4. Makes actionable and insightful recommendations for new display elements, interactive activities, and program enhancements.
5. Writes and edits media releases, speeches, radio scripts, feature articles, etc.
6. Completes additional duties as assigned.
7. Adheres to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and all other company policies, procedures and processes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

1. Knowledge of principles of marketing communications, normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree.
2. Two or more years experience in marketing communications, public relations or other related field.
3. Accomplished written and oral communication skills.
4. Ability to handle majority of client-requested work and multiple project elements.
5. Willingness to travel.
6. Superior negotiating skills.

Working Conditions:

Requires travel and weekend/evening hours and some physical activities such as standing and/or walking on a racetrack or equivalent surface for extended periods of time.
