The steps include:

Learn to say "no" to toxic people or obligations. Affirmations - Consider what you tell yourself in your daily life. Exercise your way out of stress. Nutrition - Eat your way out of stress. Sleep - Ensure enough sleep to allow maximum recuperation and healing of the body and mind. The power of awareness - Be mindful of your thoughts, your desires, and their likely consequences. Don't give up - Remember that you have the power to move forward in your life.
Huljich appeared on FOX 2 News Morning Tuesday to discuss the steps and how you can apply them to your daily life.
