DETROIT (AP) -- Detroit police say they've arrested a man accused of fatally stabbed a bouncer who was ejecting him from Club Pandemonium, a nightclub that was the scene of another guard's killing three months earlier.

Forty-year-old Lou Ferrin was killed early Sunday outside the club.

Chief Ralph Godbee says police identified the suspect as 20-year-old LaVelle Dumas and were able to track him down Thursday, arresting him about noon.

Dumas is jailed on a first-degree murder charge and faces arraignment Friday afternoon. It's unknown if he has a lawyer.

Thirty-eight-year-old Club Pandemonium bouncer Marcel Jackson was fatally shot June 20 in a dispute with a male customer.
