Stretches to ease the “desk pain”

Many of us sit at a desk all day for work. Our bodies get used to being in this position, which causes our muscles to start feeling at home too.  This shortens the muscles and changes our posture.  The result is something we are probably all too familiar with – the pesky upper back and neck pain.

But there are a few recommended stretches that will get the blood flowing back to those problem areas.
