Acrobats from Cirque de la Symphonie stop by the studio to talk about the show. Three performances will be here in Detroit October 5-7, 2012.
Saturday's performance will be extra special because it is the first-ever "Maxcast" – the show will be projected onto the south wall of the Orchestra Hall. Anyone can watch the sold-out concert for free.
This is a first for the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and only the third orchestra in the United States to do so.
The show features aerial acrobats while the Detroit Symphony Orchestra performs, kicking off the new Pops season.
Friday's performance begins at 10:45am.
Saturday's performance (and Maxcast) begin at 8:00pm.
Sunday's performance begins at 3:00pm.
