Healthworks: “Bagel Heads” and sheep placenta facials

Posted: Updated:
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (MyFox Detroit) -

In Healthworks we're discussing the latest trends: "Bagel Heads" and sheep placenta facials.

"Bagel Heads" comes to us from Japan, where saline is injected into the foreheads, causing extreme puffiness. The mark is then pressed down in the middle, creating a bagel-like shape atop the forehead.

Simon Cowell stands behind the sheep placenta facials. He believes this unique process is the key to staying young.

The facials, made of stem cells from specialized sheep reared in New Zealand, cost $500 per treatment.
