DETROIT (WJBK) - The Detroit Tigers will have to wait another day to see who they'll play in the World Series.
The San Francisco Giants returned home for Game 6 of NLCS Sunday night and beat the St. Louis Cardinals 6-1 to even the best-of-seven series at three games apiece.
You can watch the deciding Game 7 Monday night on FOX 2. First pitch is 8:07 p.m.
Meanwhile, the Tigers continued to prepare at Comerica Park on Sunday. With five days off between series, manager Jim Leyland is keeping his players fresh by working out against Instructional League players from Florida.
"I think they're taking it the right way," said Leyland. "They know they need to see some speed pitching."
Game 1 of the World Series is scheduled for Wednesday night.
