The Motor City Chapter of the Women Marines Association is collecting donations to make sure service men and women serving overseas have a taste of home for the holidays.
The WMA will be packing 500 boxes and collecting items on Saturday, November 10th from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Romeo Masonic Temple located at 231 N. Main.
In celebration of the Marine Corps 237th Birthday there will be a cake cutting ceremony to honor the oldest and youngest Marines in attendance.
