CHICAGO (AP) - Josh Crittle had 15 points, seven rebounds and five blocked shots on Sunday and Illinois-Chicago defeated UC Riverside 59-52.

The Highlanders only trailed 30-25 at the half, and came within three points twice near the finish, but Talton made 3 of 4 free throws in the final 2 minutes to seal the win for the Flames.
