SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -- A former law breaker has turned lawmaker. Brian Banks was recently the focus of a Fox 2 investigation.
According to M.L. Elrick's reports, Banks has been accused of writing bad checks, not paying his bills, including his rent, and not paying the company that made his campaign signs.
Voters decided to trust him and elected him to the state legislature. Now he's joining us on "Let It Rip" to tell his side of the story. He says he has not walked away from his debt, is making payment arrangements and has paid the campaign sign company in full.
Joining Banks on our panel are Fox 2's Huel Perkins, M.L. Elrick and Charlie Langton.
