Edward Tricomi of the Warren-Tricomi Salon shared some easy holiday hair-dos.
Look #1- Old Hollywood Glam
What you need:
-hairspray
-comb
-1 ¼ inch barrel curling iron
How to do it:
Traditional Set- Start with clean, dry hair (blown out if naturally curly), part into 3 sections and divide into sections. Hairspray each section and then curl pieces away from the face for 10 seconds each. After each piece is curled, pin it into place. Once hair is all curled, take out the pins and brush with the wide end of a comb. Add a side part and the look is done!
Look #2- Sleek and pulled back
What you need:
-hairspray
-hair tie
-hair headbands or decorative clips
-hair pins
How to do it:
Star with dry, straight hair. Spray hair starting from roots as you brush it back to get a sleek, almost "wet" look. Part hair in center or middle and pull back into a low ponytail at the nape of your neck. Take pony and wrap around the hair tie in a spiral shape, pinning it into place as you go. Add a headband (or 2 or 3) to finish off.
Look #3- Sexy waves
What you need:
-hairspray
-1 inch barrel curling iron
How to do it:
Start with clean, dry hair (blown out if naturally curly), part down the middle and divide into sections. Spray each section and curl with the curling iron, going away from the face. Do not curl the front two pieces. Leave them straight. Once hair is all set, tossle with fingers to loosen and create a messy look. Then finish off with more hairspray.
