Jerry Seinfeld headlines storm relief comedy shows

MYFOXNY.COM -

Long Islander Jerry Seinfeld headlined special sold-out, packed-house shows in Westbury to stick by the community hit hard by Superstorm Sandy.

He is donating all of the proceeds of the shows featuring him and comedians Colin Quinn and George Wallace.

We weren't allowed to film the show, and though Jerry wouldn't give us a preview Colin told us he prepared some Sandy-related material.

There was a lot of star power there but perhaps the biggest stars of all were the first responders themselves.

Although there is nothing funny about Sandy the performers are hoping they can not only raise money but spirits.
