Ninth Arrest Made In Berks County Child Pornography Ring

BERKS COUNTY -
Investigators in Berks County say they have made their ninth arrest in a countywide child pornography ring.
According to investigators, Hugo D. Blanco, a suspect in the ring, turned himself in Thursday. Detectives say he has since been arraigned in court.
On Wednesday, Berks County investigators unveiled the details of the months long investigation that led them to eight homes, where they found thousands of images of child pornography.
Eight suspects were arrested Wednesday, but investigators said at the time they were still looking for two more.
Investigators say they now have nine of the 10 suspects wanted in connection to their investigation.
