1 T Capers, Chopped Fine
2 T Red Onions, Diced Fine
3 T Ketchup
2 T Red wine vinegar
1/8 tsp Cayenne
2 T Bread & Butter Pickles, Chopped fine
1 T Chives, Chopped fine
1 T Parsley, Chopped fine
1 tsp Chervil, Chopped fine
1 tsp Tarragon, Chopped fine
