FOUNTAIN HILLS, Ariz. -

There must be a lot of luck in Fountain Hills. For the second time in a year, a store there has sold a winning lottery ticket.

The latest winner is a $1 million ticket, sold at a Circle K on Shea Boulevard. The winning numbers were 26 – 30 – 49 – 51 – 54 PB 25.

The winner came forward Tuesday. His name is Lance Johns, of Fountain Hills. He declined to participate in interviews.

"We are thrilled that Arizona has claimed another second prize Powerball win and it is even more exciting that another big winning ticket was sold in Fountain Hills," said Karen Bach, director of budget, products, and communications for the Arizona Lottery. "We look forward to meeting the winner and presenting them with their check."

In November, a Four Sons convenience store in Fountain Hills sold a winning ticket in the record-breaking Powerball jackpot.

This is the sixteenth $1 million Powerball second prize winning ticket sold in Arizona since $2 Powerball launched in January 2012.
